Returns & Exchanges

At Meadowlark Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on all non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewellery in its original branded packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
